New since 2025: our adults-only area expands the wellness world by 500 m² of exclusive tranquillity. Directly connected to all amenities, but with its own unique character:

Outdoor whirlpool ‘Schnettra’ – 36 °C warm, nestled in the new Tyrol SPA garden with a view of the waterfall.

Our wellness world is there for you all day long – whether you start the morning with a few laps in the pool, treat yourself to a break in the relaxation room at lunchtime or end the day in the warm whirlpool.

FAQ – Frequently asked questions about the wellness world
Access & Use
Children and young people under the age of 15 can use all family areas, such as the panoramic indoor pool with children's pool and the textile sauna. The adults-only area is reserved for guests aged 15 and over.
Please shower before using the sauna and place a towel under your entire body. Swimwear is permitted in textile saunas, but not in nude areas.
Booking & Reservations
We recommend booking early, preferably before your arrival. This will ensure you get your preferred date.
Treatments can only be booked directly via our website in conjunction with a new room reservation.
If you would like to add a treatment to your existing reservation, please contact us by telephone on +43 5675 6245 or by email. During your stay, you can also make appointments at any time at reception or conveniently via your room telephone.
Unfortunately, reservations for resting places are not permitted.
Facilities & Services
No – you will receive a Tyrol bathing bag with a bathrobe and towel for the duration of your stay. Bath and sauna towels are also provided.
Yes, you will find tea, juices and water in our wellness tea bar in the ‘Huagart’. In summer, we also serve cool refreshments on the sun terrace.
Yes, Wi-Fi is available – but we recommend putting your mobile phone aside for a while and enjoying the moment.

Please refrain from taking photographs in the relaxation and nude areas in order to respect the privacy of all guests.
