Our cuisine thrives on its proximity to nature. Many ingredients come directly from farmers and producers in >the Tannheimer Valley – fresh, seasonal and of the highest quality. From spicy mountain cheese to herbs from the garden to freshly caught fish – regionality is a way of life here.

The perfect start to the morning
At the Hotel Tyrol, every day of your holiday begins with indulgence – and, if you wish, completely gluten-free. The extensive breakfast buffet offers hearty classics, healthy power foods and sweet treats – all fresh, varied and lovingly prepared. Breakfast is served daily from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Light, hearty, just right
Between 12:00 and 14:00, you can enjoy a delicious refreshment: hearty soups, crisp salads from the buffet and a daily changing hot snack – all dishes are optionally gluten-free. For a good feeling in your stomach without having to compromise.
Tyrolean-style snack
Between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m., we serve delicious soups and fresh salads. From 3 p.m., you can enjoy our daily afternoon snack – a traditional Tyrolean Brotzeit with homemade cake – which is also available in a >gluten-free version. Genuinely regional, genuinely delicious.
A delightful end to the day
From 5:45 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., you can enjoy a varied 4-course menu of your choice – featuring Austrian classics, Tyrolean specialities, international cuisine and vegetarian options. Gluten-free and/or lactose-free dishes are also available on request, without compromise.
Holidays offering variety and sophistication
Once a week, we serve a festive gala dinner consisting of several courses – a culinary highlight with a special flair and finely balanced compositions.
Every Sunday evening, we invite you to enjoy a glass of sparkling wine in the atrium. >Host Martina Barbist will give you a warm welcome – raise a glass and settle in.
Fresh juices are available daily in the wellness area for you to help yourself to – for a little vitamin boost between meals.
