How to get to Hotel Tyrol – easily accessible from all directions
Whether you are travelling from Germany, Austria or Switzerland, Tyrol am Haldensee is easy to reach. The route leads directly into the valley via Reutte, Füssen or the Fern Pass – or by train to Reutte/Sonthofen and then on by bus.
Free parking spaces and electric charging stations await you on site – convenient and environmentally friendly.

From the A7 Ulm–Kempten: Take the Oy-Mittelberg exit, continue on the B310 towards Wertach/Oberjoch, then turn left into the Tannheimer Valley (B199) until you reach Haldensee.
Travelling from Switzerland

Via Lindau–Sonthofen or via Arlberg–Landeck, then via Fern Pass–Reutte, continuing via Weißenbach into the Tannheimer Valley (B199) to Haldensee
Arriving from Austria or Italy

Via Innsbruck – Mötz – Fern Pass – Reutte – Weißenbach – Tannheimer Valley (B199) to Haldensee
Several railway stations in the surrounding area make it easy to travel to the Tannheimer Valley by train. The nearest stations are:
- Pfronten-Ried (approx. 16 km)
- Reutte in Tirol (approx. 24 km)
- Sonthofen (approx. 24 km)
From there, you can easily reach the Hotel Tyrol am Haldensee by taxi or, on request, with a local shuttle service. We are happy to assist you in organising your transfer – just give us a call before your arrival.
There are plenty of free parking spaces available for our guests directly at the hotel. The parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel entrance, so you can unload your luggage comfortably and start your stay in a relaxed manner. No reservation is required – there is always a space available for you.
Modern electric charging stations are available at Hotel Tyrol for guests with electric vehicles. The charging points are located directly in the hotel car park and are accessible around the clock. Charging is easy and convenient with your charging card or via app. This allows you to start every trip sustainably and with full energy.

In the morning, take the ski bus to the valley station in 3 minutes and from there you can hit 55 km of slopes in six ski areas. At the end of the day, the bus will take you back to the hotel. Or enjoy cross-country trails, winter hiking trails and quiet spots in the snow – a stress-free Tyrolean winter holiday.
